ARSENICUM ALBUM: Dry, Scaly, & Rough Lesions: The skin is excessively dry, rough, and covered with fine, bran-like, silvery or grayish scales. The plaques often flake off continuously.

BERBERIS AQUIFOLIUM: Psoriatic Scales & Rough Skin: Thick, dry, papular eruptions covered with heavy scaly crusts. The surrounding skin is distinctly rough, dry, and coarse. Exceptionally effective for scalp psoriasis extending down to the hairline, forehead, ears, and cheeks. One of its main keynotes is clearing up dark, brownish, or blotchy spots left behind on the skin as psoriatic plaques heal.

CALCAREA CARBONICA: Thick, Unhealthy, & Scaly Skin: Psoriatic lesions present as thick, dry, or crusty patches. The skin is generally unhealthy—small injuries tend to suppurate or take a long time to heal. Profuse sweating, particularly around the head, nape of the neck, and upper chest, which often wets the pillow during sleep.
GRAPHITES : Stout, rough, hard and persistent dryness of areas of skin, Eruptions ooze a sticky exudate.

HYDROCOTYLE ASIATICA: Great thickening of epidermoid layer with exfoliation of scales. Circular spots with scaly edges.

NATRUM CHLORATUM: Flabby, debilitated constitution, tending to hyperthyroidism, seborrhoeic eczema.
